Mr. Plesset has over 30 years’ experience as a Human Resources professional proficient in developing and implementing local and global projects across diverse industries. Erik supported Human Resources requirements for construction projects in Energy, Oil, Gas and Chemicals for a decade before joining Bechtel Corporation, one of the world’s leading engineering, procurement, and construction companies.
While at Bechtel, Mr. Plesset served as executive recruiter, conceived of and led a global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence, led programs for agency labor contracts and represented the company’s Human Resources interests in Power business including Renewables such as wind, solar and nuclear. Mr. Plesset also supported fossil fuels based projects in Oil, Gas & Chemicals, and Infrastructure in both Government and Private sector clients.

Mr. Goldstein has over 42 years US domestic and international leadership in executive management, project development, financing, strategic planning, business development and project management, of which over 34 years with Bechtel Corporation, among the largest private Engineering, Procurement and Construction Company’s globally, three years with General Electric, developing and managing the company’s first Enterprise Risk Management Program and several contracting roles with IPPs/lenders in the management of their power project portfolios.
Mr. Goldstein has successfully managed all phases of small and large projects and enterprises in the North American, Asian, European, South American and African markets. His experience includes the development, financing, engineering and construction in the energy, thermal, coal/steam, renewable, waste-to-energy, nuclear power, grid and transmission, rail and transit, highway and bridge, aviation, environmental, water, mixed-use commercial, industrial, buildings and infrastructure markets. Over the 42 years Mr. Goldstein has managed the EPC execution of over 20 projects, valued at over $40 billion and was responsible for managing project development and financing of over 30 projects, totalling over $30 billion in project financing.

Ms. Olafsdottir was a partner in Iceland America Energy, Inc, a renewable energy developer. She has extensive knowledge in the development of renewable energy through her experience in developing projects in indigenous lands in North America, Africa, Europe, and Asia. Her experience includes Geothermal energy, waste management, project development, financing, identifying and developing strategic partnerships, internal resources development, planning, and client community and cultural project integration.
Ms. Olafsdottir has also worked on the development of projects involving solid waste conversion technology that produces refuse derived fuels consistent with EU standards in Iceland. Ms. Olafsdottir worked to find strategic partners and investments for CBP Carbon Industries, Inc., a publicly traded company (CGNI) that owns the worldwide rights to a proprietary end‐of‐life tire recycling technology. Served as Director of GMOD, Global Media on Demand and Next generation Internet media in Hong Kong. She was a Partner in IDV Global Limited Partner Global hotels INC a subsidiary of IDV Global Limited (HK).
Ms. Olafsdottir was a part of a ISPBC Green Island Power project in Asian Island nations.

Paul Murphy has over twenty five years of experience as a transactional attorney, principally in the areas of project finance, project development, and project contracting (EPC, O&M, etc.).
Mr. Murphy was a member of American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Technology Advisory Panel for Clean Energy.
Mr. Murphy’s primary focus areas are on corporate law, with special emphasis on domestic and international transactions in the areas of project finance, project finance restructuring, project/infrastructure investment funds, public private partnerships, equipment and facility leasing, leasing workouts, mergers & acquisitions, and private investment.
Industry recognition includes a three-time selection to the Who’s Who Legal /Energy for 2013 -2015, a five-time appointee to the U.S. Secretary of Commerce’s Civilian Nuclear Trade Advisory Committee (CINTAC).
